General Details

Registration:
A separate registration system for Optional Tours will open in August 2025. A registration link will be emailed to all Fall Convention registrants, and sign-ups will close on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Once registration closes, we will confirm if each tour has met its minimum participant requirement. If a tour does not meet the minimum, we will contact you with alternative options.

Pricing and Payment:
Tour prices reflect actual US dollar costs charged by suppliers and have been reviewed for value. Prices are based on a minimum number of participants, and tours will be cancelled if the minimum is not met. Payment will be required once your tour is confirmed and must be made in CDN funds via credit card. To complete payment, please call our Fall Convention team at 647.428.9786.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made before Friday October 17, 2025, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. After this date, tours are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we will attempt to resell your spot but cannot guarantee availability.
