Entry Requirements
Canadian citizens are required to present a valid Canadian passport to enter Costa Rica. You must travel with a passport valid for at least 3 months beyond your expected departure from Liberia. Attendees travelling with Canadian passports do not require a Visa prior to entering Costa Rica.
Flight Options
We reserved group airline tickets at discount fares with Air Canada and West Jet. Prices below are round trip and include all taxes. There is a limited number of group airline tickets available for each of the flights listed below.
Reminder: As you are booking your flights, please remember that with the Air Canada group air tickets we cannot guarantee that you will be sitting beside your guest even if you are travelling together. Air Canada unilaterally assigns seats, and we cannot control or alter their assignment.

Airport Transfers
Round-trip transfers between Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia and the Waldorf Astoria hotel are included in the convention package when you purchase the airline flights that we list above. If you purchase your own flights and arrive at a different time then you will be responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel.
