Entry Requirements

Canadian citizens are required to present a valid Canadian passport to enter Mexico. We recommend you travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your expected departure from Puerto Vallarta. Attendees travelling with Canadian passports do not require a Visa prior to entering Mexico.

You will complete a Migratory Form For Foreign Tourists and a Custom’s declaration form on the plane and submit these to immigration and customs on arrival. We will provide more information on these forms prior to your departure.

Are you flying to Fall Convention from a city other than Toronto?

We can assist you with alternative flights from other Canadian destinations to Puerto Vallarta. When you complete the registration form there will be a spot to choose that you want assistance, and indicate the type of flights you need. A member of the team will contact you.

Group Flight Options from Toronto

We reserved group seats at discount fares with Air Canada on the flights from Toronto to Puerto Vallarta and return. There is a limited number of a discounted fares available for each of the flights listed below.

Prices below are per segment.  This means that you need to choose two flights:  one to Puerto Vallarta and one to return home.

Additional flight from Puerto Vallarta to Toronto on November 5

We recognize the AC flight to Toronto on Sunday November 5th has limited space. We have added the American Airlines option as the next best option on Sunday. There is a Flair Airlines direct flight on November 5, but we were not confident enough in it to offer it. You may wish to purchase it directly.

Airport Transfers

Round-trip transfers between Puerto Vallarta & the Four Seasons Punta Mita hotel are included in the convention package when you purchase the Group Flight Options from Toronto that we list above. If you purchase your own flights and arrive at a different time then you will be responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel.
