The warm welcoming breakfast is served as a full buffet. Dinner is an elegant affair with a la carte options or a chef's tasting menu with wine pairing.

At Costa, coastal cuisines are infused with intriguing Latin American flavors for a twist on traditional seafood dishes. Dishes are prepared using fresh island seafood and produce. Meals are enjoyed in unique communal cabanas designed to invite conversation with new friends and acquaintances. The lively atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly.

Lunch and dinner are served a la carte with antojitos – or "little cravings" – and shareable small plates. A menu of well-chosen mezcals, tequilas and craft cocktails rounds out the dining experience.

Comfortable and inviting, this is a place of individual escape and carefree connections. The Library serves a la carte breakfast items in the morning, then elegant selection of Champagnes, wines, and an afternoon tea with a delectable menu of sweet and savory pastries and desserts are available in the afternoon.

Manor Bar

Manor Bar feels like a polished salon, where handcrafted cocktails are prepared using classic mixing techniques. A sophisticated menu of bar snacks is designed to pair perfectly with signature cocktails, wines and high-end spirits from the well-stocked bar.

Guests of Rosewood Baha Mar enjoy complimentary access to Rosewood's state-of-the-art fitness facilities. Open 24 hours, the Rosewood fitness center is just for Rosewood guests, and includes cardiovascular, weight-training and stretching equipment and has views of the resort gardens.

Baha Mar Resort Facilities
The Baha Mar resort is composed of three hotels: The Rosewood the Grand Hyatt and the SLS. The Rosewood is separated from the other two properties with restricted access. It feels like an oasis within a larger resort complex. There are restaurants and bars throughout the Baha Mar complex. As part of the Wednesday and Friday "dine around" evenings you will have the opportunity to enjoy the food at some of the great restaurants in the complex – all within easy walking distance. Those who are interested in some gambling may want to visit the casino located on the main floor of the Grand Hyatt, while those interested in a fun location for a drink may want to head to the Monkey Bar in the lobby of the SLS.

Baha Mar ESPA SPA
The first flagship ESPA spa in the Caribbean is located between the Grand Hyatt and the SLS. This gorgeous facility is a 5-minute walk from the Rosewood hotel and provides access to a larger facility than the Rosewood Spa. This Jack Nicklaus signature golf course is just five minutes away from The Rosewood Hotel. Royal Blue features a front-nine with dramatic views of undulating fairways, rolling white sand dunes, and turquoise waters of the Atlantic. The back-nine transports you to limestone "moonscapes," elevation changes, and a dense jungle environment. This course is a stunning sight to see and a thrilling challenge to play.
