Entry Requirements
Canadian citizens are required to present a valid Canadian passport to enter the Bahamas. We recommend you travel with a passport valid for at least 3 months beyond your expected departure from Nassau. Attendees travelling with Canadian passports do not require a Visa prior to entering the Bahamas.

Airport Transfers
Round-trip transfers between Nassau (NAS) Airport & the Rosewood Baha Mar hotel are included in the convention package when you purchase the airline flights that we list above. If you purchase your own flights and arrive at a different time then you will be responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel.
