Set on an oceanfront bluff facing due west, Studio is designed to captivate the senses. Ocean breezes, and sweeping views create an exquisite dining location looking out over the water’s edge. The cuisine is Modern French with California influences. Chef Craig Strong’s dishes pay homage to the fruits and vegetables of the region. To complement the cuisine, the sommeliers have assembled a collection of more than 2,500 boutique wines. Studio also features a Chef’s Table that accommodates up to 12 guests in a private room with a stone fireplace and ocean views.

The Loft is the resort’s all-day dining restaurant. Situated on the fourth floor, this popular restaurant features stunning panoramic views. The interactive cheese bar, with over 50 cheese selections from both regional and international cheese makers, is a highlight of the dining experience.
MOSAIC BAR AND GRILLE
Lunch: Daily 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
While soaking in the sun, resort guests can enjoy poolside dining at Mosaic Bar and Grille. Located near the Mosaic Pool, the restaurant offers California-inspired beach fare with choices of salads, grilled sandwiches or fresh daily seafood. This oceanfront restaurant also offers Pool & Cabana service. Cabanas can be reserved on a first come first served seating. To reserve a cabana, please call reservations at 949.715.6000.
LOBBY LOUNGE
Daily 3:00 PM – midnight.
At the center of the resort, the Lobby Lounge features indoor and outdoor seating with a Craftsman-inspired decor. The lounge offers specialty cocktails, beers, wine by the glass and live entertainment.
BOUTIQUE/SHOPS
The Shops at Montage are one-of-a-kind specialty “galleries” which feature items created by noted and emerging designers and small, family-owned producers. Every product is hand-selected to appeal to the most discerning travelers. Each of the intimate, European-style boutiques reflects the relaxed and artistic setting of Laguna Beach.
