Your hotel room, tax and parking will be billed to the master account. Personal incidental charges are the responsibility of each attendee. Please settle your account prior to checking out of the hotel. Eligible expenses are to be processed through the normal expense reporting procedure.

Air Travel

Arrivals - Monday, April 10th by 3:00 pm. The first function is a Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm.
Departures - Thursday, April 13th flights departing after 2:00 pm. The last meeting ends at 11:30 am.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation to the hotel is the responsibility of each attendee. The cost of a taxi from Chicago O'Hare Airport (ORD) to hotel is approximately $65 one way, 30 - 45+ minutes and 18 miles. Traveling from Midway Airport (MDW) to the hotel is approximately $55, 30+ minutes and 13 miles from the hotel.
